Theresa's curiosity of spirituality and fascination of the human body was always intuitively present. Studying the human body begun when she was 19, studying anatomy and physiology. It was at 19 that Theresa also discovered yoga. At 24 Theresa opened a day spa business and continued a vast variety of studies in health, wellness, nutrition, women’s health, anatomy and nursing at university.
December 2011 a life shattering tragedy happened allowing Theresa to see clearer than ever before and in November 2013 she sold her business and quit university. Ready to transmute pain into power she went to Bali for 2 weeks, stayed for 6 months, immersing herself in yoga twice a day.
Yoga became a deep journey of self discovery, highlighting self-abandonment and avoidance.
"What I love most about yoga is the deep feminine awakening and the capacity to accept, appreciate, love and enjoy all that I am. Yoga for me is the practice for deep spiritual healing that continually brings me back to a place within myself where I feel safe to trust myself, my true home. Here now I am deeply grateful that I lovingly combine my passions of mind, body and spiritual work in my wellbeing business that serves and impacts thousands of people all over the world."
