Lindsay is holds 200hr Yoga Teacher Training from Akasha Janine Leagh and over 100hrs in continuing education including yin yoga and restorative. She also holds 100hr in Breathwork and Shamanic Meditation Facilitator training, is certified in Level 1, Level 2 and Master Reiki and is also certified in Crystal Healing.
Lindsay is the Sydney Certified Educator and Stockist for Rainbow Sounds Crystal Singing Bowls. Lindsay has also completed her Level 1 tuning forks training with the Sound Healing Academy. She also trained in Yin Breathwork (Rebirthing Breathwork) with Suntara in Bali. Lindsay is passionate about the power of yoga, breath, sound and energy and is committed to helping people connect back to their true nature.
