Chris’s journey into yoga began from necessity — a way to heal a body worn down by two decades of footy, weight training, CrossFit, and every high-intensity discipline he could get his hands on. What started as rehabilitation quickly became revelation. Yoga opened a depth he had never experienced in sport: a practice that strengthened the body, quieted the mind, and revealed something far beyond the physical.
With a background as a master trainer and group fitness instructor, transitioning into teaching came naturally. Chris simply wanted to share what he was experiencing — the clarity, the energetic shift, the feeling of coming home to himself. Over the years, Chris has accumulated more than 2,000 hours of formal training, guided by renowned teachers, most recently Octavio Salvado of The Practice. His immersion into Traditional Tantra Hatha Yoga transformed his understanding of yoga from a purely physical discipline into a path of energy, mind, and inner evolution.
Chris now teaches a wide spectrum of styles — from strong, conscious Vinyasa to slow, meditative, deeply internal practices. Known for his calm presence and grounded guidance, he has a unique ability to help students access parts of themselves they’ve never felt before. Through subtle cues, energetic awareness, and spacious stillness, Chris holds a container where practice becomes more than movement — it becomes transformation.
