Chronic inflammation is at the root of many diseases, from heart disease and diabetes to Alzheimer’s and arthritis. As we age, managing inflammation becomes essential for long-term health, vitality, and disease prevention.

Develop an understanding how yoga movements are used both for prevention of and reduction of any inflammatory processes within the body.

Students will move through some yoga movements and the benefit is explained, as well as how to modify these movements, to have a positive effect on any inflammatory process in the body.
